We are recruiting currently within the following departments…

Distribution:

Come and join our busy and expanding distribution department where you will earn a full time salary for only working 4 days per week (plus on additional day every 4 weeks)

HGV Class2 drivers; up to £34,500 per annum working Tuesday-Friday every week and one Monday or Saturday every 4 weeks

We are looking for motivated, experienced, class 2 drivers to work on our fleet of lorries delivering to London, Essex and the South East.

You will be responsible for upholding our excellent customer service whilst delivering a range of kegs, soft drinks, wine etc. Full PPE and training is provided along with an exciting range of company benefits.

Late shift Warehouse workers; starting salary of £23,150 per annum working Monday- Thursday each week and one Friday every 4 weeks.

We are looking for hard working individuals to join our successful late shift; starting at 3pm and working on a job and finish basis (typical finish time around midnight). You will be responsible for picking, loading and replenishing stock to ensure all customers receive their correct orders in a timely manner.

Ideally you will have experience working within a warehouse environment and a forklift licence would be preferable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

We will provide full training and PPE along with many other staff benefits.

The Sales Team:

Sales Apprentice; working a 5 day week with a starting salary between £20,000 and £24,000 depending on experience.

Our sales team are responsible for visiting all of our many customers across our sales areas; as well as building up relationships with potential customers and new business. This role is to learn about every department within Hills Prospect; from the telesales team, to the finance teams to distribution to learn about how the Hills Prospect ethos determines how we work. The end goal will be becoming a territory sales manager, managing your own customers and sales area.

You will be passionate about the work that we do, be an effective communicator with an assertive nature.

A driving licence would be essential for this role.
